Here in Melbourne, we're still catching some decent summer heat so I thought I'd share this wonderful recipe with you - barbecued (or as we say in Australia, barbequed) garlic & chilli prawns served on a couscous salad with red onion, mango, tomato and coriander.
Almost every part of this dish can be prepared beforehand which makes finishing and plating it up an utter doddle - and of course it helps that it's very fresh and tasty to boot :)
