Final Fantasy VII Roleplay

Thought I might try and start a roleplay. This is my first time using a roleplay forum, so please excuse my inexperience. IC topic here: [url][/url]

This roleplay takes part in Midgar, during the Meteor crisis. Meteor has just appeared and the public are going crazy. President Rufus has called an urgent meeting to discuss how Shinra are going to calm and control the public, and stop Meteor. This is where we come in. As high-rank Shinra members (OCs welcome), we must plan what Shinra is going to do. We'll just make the story up as we go along after that.

Please, no godmodding. The characters need to be relatively ordinary (apart from the fact that we're important Shinra dudes, obviously). A pistol, a lever/bolt action rifle, or hand-to-hand for weapons, please. I'll try and make some sort of class system here:

Weapon: Pistol (any pistol that isn't extremely overpowered)
Weapon Damage: Medium
Materia Slots: Three
Materia Types: Magic, Support.
Magic Skill: Medium

==Two==
Weapon: Lever/Bolt (your call) Rifle
Weapon Damage: High
Materia Slots: Two
Materia Types: Magic, Support, Independent.
Magic Skill: Low

==Three==
Weapon: Hand-to-hand
Weapon Damage: Low
Materia Slots: Four (they'd be on the gloves)
Materia Types: Magic, Summon.
Magic Skill: High

Here's a character template (I'll use myself as an example):

Name: Reeve Tuesti
Age: 35
Class: One
Materia: Bolt, Sense, Fire.
Shinra Position: Urban Development
Small Background Story (only required for OCs):

There probably will be fights the public. I'll type a small paragraph about the battle, then we'll choose our moves one by one.
