Job Description:
Responsibilities include maintaining
an active, high-quality, research program, directing graduate student research, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses, and serving on
committees or engaging in other service roles.
Candidates must be committed to working effectively with students, faculty and staff from
diverse backgrounds, must have obtained a Ph.D. from an I-O (psychology) or OB/HR (business) program, or related discipline by the start of
the appointment.
Preference will be given to candidates whose program of research complements or contributes to the research being conducted within the department and to those with a high level of quantitative skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must have obtained a Ph.D. or foreign equivalent from an I-O (psychology) or OB/HR (business) program, or related discipline by the start of the appointment. ABD candidates who will receive their Ph.D. by the time of the appointment will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
